Good, but could be better

The enclosure in concept is excellent. I have a Prusa MK4 and my wife is allergic to the odors that come from the printing process, so I think this enclosure will go a long way toward mitigating that issue. However, with that said, there are several issue that could be significantly improved. 1. The design of the enclosure to nest square nuts in grooves in the panels is novel, but very cumbersome during assembly and leaves overlapping edges that in my opinion are needless if another assembly approach was to be used. For example, using short sections of 1/16" x 1/2" aluminum angle where the current locating tabs are would allow the panels to be mounted flush to the corners and one size of hardware could be used throughout. 2. I'm not sure if others have this problem, but my front panel had the side mounting screw holes misaligned to the point the nuts nearly didn't hold at all. Very surprising for a "CNC machined" part. (see the attached photos.) 3. The cabinet has so many openings on it I'm concerned it's going to do the job I want it to do keeping down print odors. Providing plugs for some of the unused holes would be nice and providing a 2" cover plate that would partially cover where the printer power cord passes into the box would help. 4. Providing the option to add lighting in the box would be helpful. It's dark in there! :o) 5. The door has no knob or latch. Again, keeping the door closed will be critical to keeping odors down, so this seems an odd thing to omit. Hopefully, Printed Solid will take some time to improve on an already good product.

Clean and Solid Design

Bought this for an MK3S+. Very pleased with the purchase. It's very sturdy and was easy to assemble. I'll probably buy more for the farm.

Not the best option

Works very well, but the assembly leaves a lot to be desired. Have a couple extra people standing by, as you'll inconvenience them for their hands frequently. Add to that the horribly written instructions that call out the wrong parts! If you don't mind wobbly, this is for you. Once it is up and assembled it wobbles a little less. MDF and 2x2s would make a better enclosure, but once you get this, and copy the panels (while improving the way it bolts together) you'll have a better product than this. By far. It does let a lot of drafts in, as it does include a ton of holes for some reason. I had to seal the abundance of holes with some tape keep my prints from peeling off the plate while the constant drafts were trying to pull it.

Sturdier than it would seem. Pretty well thought out. Doesn't make a big difference in sound.

I primarily bought this hoping to keep the overall sound output down. I live with people with excellent hearing and they tend to hear the printer (Prusa MK4) if they are on the same floor even though it's pretty quiet. I'm going to try putting a gym mat square underneath and see if that helps, but as is the echo chamber effect of being inside a metal and plastic box seems to counteract any noise-dampening effect. I see complaints about the instructions, but I found them to be fine. The blue tape trick they recommend in the instructions is helpful if you don't have nimble fingers. It took me about 2 hours to assemble, but that's probably because I kept messing up the orientation of the front door panel and had to redo it a few times. Definitely do NOT overtighten the screws. It's tempting, but you should be going for "snug" not "as tight as possible." It's pretty sturdy once assembled although I would not attempt to move it with the printer inside.

Efficient design, bad instructions

Works great at maintaining temperature in the enclosure, also good at keeping the plastic smell inside. Feels flimsy at first until you get everything assembled, then it seems to hold together pretty well. Overall, an efficient use of materials. Only real downside is that the instructions are absolute garbage. I would have got in trouble if I submitted that to a supervisor.
