Human Resources Manager

Position Overview 

Printed Solid Inc., a leader in the 3D printing industry, is hiring a Human Resources Manager that will manage our rapidly growing human resource needs. The HR Manager will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, hiring strategies, and initiatives that align with the organization's vision and objectives. This is an on-site role in Newark, DE.  

Key Responsibilities 

Recruitment and Staffing 

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. 

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring. 

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions. 

Employee Relations 

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, and work to resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner. 

  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives. 

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention strategies. 

Compliance and Policy Management 

  • Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. 

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect organizational priorities. 

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures. 

Training and Development 

  • Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. 

  • Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars. 

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. 

Compensation and Benefits Management

  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures. 

  • Conduct salary reviews and benchmark against industry standards. 

  • Manage employee benefits enrollment, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
