LDO is famous for their quality components and these linear rails are no exception, with super smooth operation you will have rails that don't have that dreaded crunch like the cheap ones you find elsewhere. We have them in 200/300/370/400/450/500 and 700mm lengths.

***Warning*** do not clean off the protective oils as can damage the rail stripping the rails will leave them open to oxidation that will lock up and bind the rail.

Warped rail?

The rail arrived slightly bent. I had to lightly coax the rail flat. This rail does have more preload however, which I like.

Nice quality!

This is going on my SWX1 to replace the Y-axis rollers. I've already replaced the X-axis with one of these MGN12H 400mm and it made a tremendous difference! So, converting the whole printer to LDO linear rails.

Some of the better generic MGN12 rails

These came sealed in a plastic bag soaked in oil. The carriages were smooth right out of the package. I would recommend these for anybody who can't afford the Misumi rails.
