Whether you're new to 3D printing or a seasoned expert, Prusa CORE One ticks all the boxes for a reliable all-around machine. Featuring an enclosed chamber and CoreXY design, it combines high-speed printing and maximum print quality with a large 250×220×270mm print area. And there are plenty of clever design choices, e.g., an all-steel exoskeleton frame for maximum firmness and robustness. You’ll be ready to print your first model in minutes thanks to intuitive software and one-click printing. And with nearly one million 3D models at Printables.com, you will always have something awesome to print!
The CORE One is a 3D printing workhorse engineered in the proven Prusa tradition. Designed with a "made to last" philosophy and made from premium materials, the CORE One offers exceptional reliability with minimal maintenance. The enclosed chamber, capable of reaching up to 55 °C, features active temperature control for high-quality printing across a wide range of materials from PLA and PETG (even with the door closed) to more demanding materials like ASA, PC, or Nylon.
Plug and Print!
10 minutes from unpacking to first print
Unpack the printer, perform a one-time calibration, and you’re ready to go. Equipped with advanced sensors for hassle-free printing, the CORE One is a true “start and forget” machine. Simply start your print and let the printer handle the rest, from fully automatic first-layer calibration to pausing the print and sending a notification if the filament runs out.
Flawless Precision
Outstanding print quality thanks to the Nextruder
You can be sure that with our internally developed, quality-focused print profiles, your models will turn out exactly the way they were designed, with perfect dimensional accuracy. CORE One takes advantage of the upgraded Nextruder with 360° cooling that enables flawless printing of 75° overhangs, saving both time and material.
Maximum Speed without a catch
The CORE One is fast with every filament, not just specialized ones
Don’t limit your projects with a small selection of specialized “high-speed” filaments. Use any PLA, PETG or any of the advanced materials. While the CORE One is our fastest printer yet thanks to its robust CoreXY kinematics, high-flow nozzle, Input Shaper and factory-tuned print profiles for 200+ filaments, it never sacrifices quality for quicker print times.
Compact Footprint, Large Volume
The perfect fit for any home, workplace or print farm
The Prusa CORE One takes up 50% less space than the MK4S inside an enclosure, yet it delivers an impressive 30% increase in print volume. Space efficiency matters - even for us! With a massive 3D print farm of over 600 machines, the CORE One's compact footprint and optimized design let us fit even more printers into the same space and boost our production.
The Best Solution for Advanced Materials
Print durable functional models easily and without warping!
The chamber is as compact as possible, with a cleverly designed recess on each side to minimize its volume. This allows the chamber to quickly reach higher temperatures (up to 55°C), enabling you to print ASA, ABS, PC, PA (Nylons), and other advanced materials smoothly, without warping. The automatic ventilation system and active temperature control enable flawless printing of PLA - even with the door completely closed!
Robust Steel Exoskeleton
A design that works and looks the Part
Prusa CORE One is built as an all-steel exoskeleton. The enclosure is an integral part of the printer, providing it with outstanding stability and rigidity. However, maintenance is still simple, and if you need to replace a worn part in a couple of years, it’s a complete no-brainer. You can take everything apart with a screwdriver. As usual with us, we hold parts in stock for years.
Seamless Workflow
Everything you need under one roof
When you buy the Prusa CORE One, you’re getting a full experience – a huge free 3D model library, an easy to use software, remote management, native mobile app, premium quality materials… everything is ready for your convenience.

All official printer and material profiles (over 200 in total) are created and tested in-house to ensure the best possible printing experience! And you don’t have to be a pro to use it, the default profiles let you slice most models with one click. PrusaSlicer is based on Slic3r by Alessandro Ranellucci.

Prusa Connect
Our internally-developed highly secure remote print management software is here to make your printing experience a breeze. It’s fully integrated with PrusaSlicer and enables you to quickly send your print files to the CORE One, schedule tasks, and monitor your machine remotely. It’s an incredibly powerful tool with new features being added all the time.

Prusa App
The new streamlined Prusa App gives you a complete overview of your printer no matter where you are. With no ads, points or other bloatware, the app is easy to navigate and use. The app also has full Printables integration, so you can send ready-made G-codes directly into your printer without the need to slice them!

Prusament
We were not satisfied with the quality of filaments on the market, so we started manufacturing our own! Prusament offers top-class manufacturing precision, perfect color consistency and a wide range of materials from PLA to PCCF. Every Prusament material has an in-house tested profile in PrusaSlicer.

Network Connectivity
Prusa CORE One is equipped with a LAN port and a detachable Wi-Fi module (Wi-Fi can be set up a with an NFC tap). It integrates seamlessly with both Prusa Connect and Prusa App, so you always have a complete overview of your printer. However, the printer can be operated in a full offline mode without any compromise. You can even flash the firmware from a USB drive.
Create colorful 3D objects!
Ready for the MMU3
The CORE One is compatible with the MMU3, the add-on for the fastest single-nozzle printing with up to five filaments at the same time. You can create beautiful, colorful objects, and you won’t have to throw half of your filaments away or constantly clean the surroundings of your printer. Our solution uses an innovative retraction technique and a compact wipe tower to manage filament changes. This not only reduces the wasted filament but also deposits all the waste to a single, tidy block.
Make it your own!
Designed for modders
No parts of the printer are glued together, everything can be taken apart with a set of screwdrivers and there’s plenty of room for mods, creativity and customization – so go ahead and make the CORE One your own! Print magnetic holders, organizers, or just plain fun stuff to make your printer stand out.
Our software and firmware are open-source and you can grab the source codes at GitHub.com. This allows you to modify the code, come up with your own improvements and tweaks. We often cooperate with our community members on new features, and you can become one of them! Or if you don’t want to dig into the code, you can try your hand at modifying the printed parts of the printer. There are dozens of opportunities for all sorts of projects!

Expand it with accessories!
You can expand the CORE One with useful accessories. We offer an optional USB-C camera, and you can calibrate the Input Shaper profiles on modded printers with an optional accelerometer. Or play with the GPIO hackerboard, an accessory for enthusiasts that enables you to control external devices with G-Code commands. We're also preparing two different types of filtration, a drybox, and more - stay tuned!

Chamber Camera
You can install an optional high-resolution camera add-on into the CORE One's chamber for remote print monitoring. The camera connects using a USB-C cable directly into the motherboard and it requires an active Wi-Fi connection to function. The camera is scheduled to be ready in the same timeframe as the Prusa CORE One, so stay tuned – we will give you the option to edit your order and add the camera in case you order the printer before the camera becomes available.

GPIO Hackerboard
The GPIO module is an optional add-on for advanced users (basic programming / soldering skills required). It extends functionality of the printer by allowing you to control and receive input from external devices using GPIO pins and G-code commands, so you can, e.g., control LEDs or remote triggers for DSLR cameras.

Advanced Filtration System
Studies have shown that most of the commonly used 3D printing materials should be safe, but we wanted to take this a step further. The optional Advanced Filtration System is useful when you print materials such as ASA and other materials that produce an increased number of ultra-fine particles and fumes during printing. Fewer particles and less odor in the air are always better. The filtration is scheduled to be ready in the same timeframe as the Prusa CORE One, so stay tuned – we will give you the option to edit your order and add the filtration in case you order the printer before the filtration becomes available.

Ready for the Future
With Exceptional Backwards Compatibility
When you buy the CORE One, you’re investing into a platform that will continue to grow over time, rather than something that you’ll have to replace in a year or two. Prusa printers are well known for their exceptional reliability, durability and long life cycle. We offer excellent post-launch support with regular firmware and even hardware updates to expand your printer’s capabilities even years after launch. And when a new machine comes out, we publish an upgrade kit.
When new tech comes out, it’s usually exciting but it can also be a little inconvenient due to changes. You may need a new charger or a different phone case because the camera has moved. Not so with the CORE One! If you already own the MK4/S, you can reuse many accessories, such as print sheets, nozzles, and hotends. The CORE One uses many proven MK4S parts, which is why we also offer a convenient conversion kit.
