Voron V2.4r2 Panel Set Made From Aluminum Composite Material. All are CNC cut and give a smooth metal look to your printer. Available in white with black core edge or black with black core edge. These panels are based off the Voron V2.4r2 release. Made with 1/8” inch (3.175mm) thick material. This is for your Voron V2 / V2.4 / 2.4 / 2.4r2
OUR VERSION HAS ONE SLIGHT CHANGE. THE CABLE HOLE ON THE DECK PANEL IS 15mm WIDER AND 6mm DEEPER. It is a slight change to accommodate some of the pre-made cable harnesses coming out with LDO kits and parts.
Aluminum Composite Material is a nice smooth material with aluminum on both sides of a lightweight panel which gives excellent strength and great heat reflection in the build area compared to other materials used for panel sets.

Arrived super fast and the quality of the panels surpassed my expectation. Very sturdy, and surface finish is amazing. Gives a much more professional feel to the build. Z axis resonance causes a loud vibration on the build plate panel which can be more annoying than regular panels, but using stealthChop and fine tuning stepper drivers eliminates this noise. Foam tape or similar between the frame and panels would also help.

I ordered the white ACM decking in 350mm spec, as well as a set of acrylic enclosure panels for my future Voron 2.4 R2, and they shipped quickly, arrived well packaged (with a smiley face hand drawn on the box that said, "So Much Fun!"), and included all of the parts. Everything looks cleanly cut and in order, so I can't wait to actually start installing parts, such as the deck panel, when I begin my build! Thank you so much Printed Solid!
